Yes, we do not build garages or shops without a concrete foundation.

All of our garage and shops include a reinforced concrete foundation in our pricing. Standard is 4" concrete slab with beam depth at perimeters (option to upgrade to 6"+ if needed). We design each foundation specifically for the project. We are a turnkey metal garage solution across the Texas Hill Country including concrete foundation. 

Yes. 

Electrical: All of our garages included a basic electric package but you can adjust and add where needed.

Plumbing: We can stub out for plumbing and drain lines where specified that you can tie into later, for future use.

We can build your garage ready for future upgrades as well.

Construction time varies depending on the size and complexity of the project, but most detached garages are completed within 4 to 6 weeks after permits, site preparation.
